She is now seriously considering getting her masters to become a Nurse Practitioner.

I'm tired of working "for the man", and I want to have more time to work on my real estate as well.Looking for someone to help me find a small office space (likely 1000sqft or less) to rent while searching for the "perfect" commercial space (a larger, 1900s home, zoned medical, that will be large enough to sublet rooms to other practitioners for an overall "medi-spa" building.

I was politely informed that the Lease Options "scam" as he put it, was only for get rich entrepreneurs using a quasi legitimate loophole in Texas law according to the way he understood real estate but, as a general practitioner of law in the injury aspect, he didn't know 100%.
