The agent in Raleigh pointed out that the jobs coming into Columbus, in particular at the 20B chip plant would likely be more blue collar jobs vs. the higher paid tech work that is entering into Raleigh, which I believe she said was growing by 5,000 residents per...month? 

FHA is tough on a few things like "Chipped paint" any signs of chipped paint will stop financing and need to be addressed (Painted), Loose or missing hand railings, Water damage, Mold, Termites, Outdated electrical or any wiring that is exposed.FHA will also stop you dead in your tracks if the appraisal shows anything that is considered a "hazard or safety issue" and must be fixed.

We are always chipping away and doing our best.

The Chips Act - Intel news is exactly why I’m looking at Columbus as my starting market.

For example, they are weird about chipping and peeling paint, missing handrails, etc.

I am able to put an extra payment on the principle every year in order to chip away at it early on, but i plan on getting out of the military around the back end of 2025.

Maybe you own the well but have neighbors chip in on the costs in exchange for sharing the well water?
