So in the image below you can see the three closest: Entry is top right closet for entry there on the topmaster bedroom straight past the closet and its closest on the right as well in roomthird that i was considering using is the guest closest which is in the room down hall on righti have a portable wagon i was going to store in the front closet but i suppose i can build some way to store it next to the laundry equipmentthe coats / boots then can be stored in front hall not the closet.

Beyond smell, you're going to have a reasonable amount of heavy trucks bringing chemicals, septic haulers bringing in portable crap loads, solid waste cakes being hauled to the landfill or (worse) slurry land applied.
