But its kind of boring here for real estate atleast in my opinion and a new adventure sounds nice haha.I was currently looking at Columbus Ohio, Lynchburg VA, and Staunton VA.Never even thought about Reno, ill have to give it a look.

A Real Real Estate AnalogyI am starting my real estate adventure and I am trying to draw a comparison from paper assets (stocks, bonds, notes, T-bills, crypto, etc.) with real estate.For those who know a bit more than me (and i know this will vary by person) but what are corresponding "tech stocks" (AMZN, AAPL, NVDA, FB, GOOG, etc.) of real estate?

I just finalized my first LLC for the multifamily and I'm currently working on generating capital for my next real estate adventure, single family construction.

After my daughter was born I've decided to take it seriously, actually learn what I need to so I can make informed decisions and finally start on this adventure.

I do not recommend starting your real estate adventure with structural problems.

@Roy Gottesdiener - I am not familiar with the rental market with Kings Mountain specifically, but there is grow happening in that area with the building of the Catawba Two Kings Casino. 

Vegas is a larger market with more new construction, they are getting more sports teams, and trying to diversify the economy past casinos. 

Super excited to start this new adventure in real estate investing. 

The Casino was packed but not many people shopping around the town or at the beach.
