Cary, I am no lawyer, but a simple answer is you use a contract that you buy or have created for that very reason.  

A car is pretty much a necessity there. 

The solar has the highest interest rate, but at such a low payment it would be much more beneficial to your financial position to knock out the car payment early if you can because the value of the car is depreciating. 

I live in Cary and start my masters at State this fall.

When I moved across country, for example, I used the rule that if it didn't fit in the trunk of my car, I didn't take it with me.When I research the Tiny House, I find zoning challenges.

Simply put, if you have 40-50 MPG Toyota or Honda, mileage deduction would probably be your best option, but if your car is 12 MPG Range Rover, chances are you would be better off having this one as a business car. 

If you calculate the cost of owning the car without including maintenance then you do not have an accurate cost of owning the car.  I

Cary Love selling on the MLS would likely bring a lot better price.
