My firm is currently considering putting offers in on two warehouses in Oakland, California for a total of $6m combined that are 100% leased to cannabis companies.

I am a r.e. investor  specializing in  the cannabis industry and commercial real estate.

Is this just along party lines or do you landlords think this Is what the future holds over the next decade and like Cannabis laws starts in one place and will end up nation wide.It seems these are meant to create affordable rent situations / or keep rents in check.. when I talk to landlords.

I used to be a financial advisor there and I became a CFO for hire in the cannabis industry after starting a podcast called, "Investing in Cannabis".I'm looking to take my talents in to real estate, and I'd love to meet some people in the area who're in the space professionally. 

I also have some of the soloK funds invested in cryptocurrencies, a few stocks thru Schwab (mostly Canadian cannabis), and some gold coins stored in a safe deposit box with our bank. 

Another was a turnkey advisory company who started lending to cannabis operators. 

Well, guess what, now the cannabis REIT is trading over $170 a share AND it also offers a handsome dividend.

@Jay Hinrichs They definitely differ on many metrics but I think Spokane could become like Bend - a destination for outdoors enthusiast and food/art connoisseurs alike. 

Along with the lack of bank statements, there aren't very many REAL lenders who will lend towards cannabis.
