Eat Breakfast at Cafe Brasil in Deep Ellum, lunch at someplace in downtown Denison, stop for coffee at Sandwich Hag in the Cedars (Dallas) and then have dinner at Lockhart BBQ in Bishop Arts. 

I had breakfast with another property manager, and we got to talking about the business. 

@Dominique OsbornMaybe you know her and maybe you don't.Well now you do.She is the chassis, the wheels, the engine of our vehicle.I'm just the body (With a tonne of dents hehe)We started the company side by side in a crappy little shared office while eating table spoons of peanut butter for breakfast and drinking $1 gas station coffees just to survive.And hear we are today.A 2 time Inc 5000 company.Then, of course, there are other folks that I'm grateful for that look after our marketing, sales, acquisitions, rehabs, maintenance and so forth.

The end of last year I agreed to purchase a property out of the area for 30 K.  The folks were about to lose it to a tax sale and so I bought it even though it was not in my geographical area. I got some pictures and ...

I'm still up by 530, hit the basement gym for an hour before I start cooking breakfast for kids.

We've achieved success once again with the property on Bacon St, Durham!

I am also just interested in general in the hostel/bed and breakfast type of real estate.

If this message does not get anyone to helpme fix this issue then I will have to call my credit card and file a claim.....UnfortunatelyI seem to have run out of options.I'm copying @Noah Bacon on this.  

I would recommend the book “First to a Million" by BiggerPockets author -@Dan Sheeks / My buddy @Noah Bacon was a real estate agent (maybe still is) turned house-hacker!  

Probably a light breakfast & lunch spot.
