Turnovers crush profits, so I keep these people in for cheap and they don’t bother me for much.

For the most part, dealing with people driven by emotions and incapable of rational thinking, I didn't bother with ANY of it.

I do believe they believed what they were stating but it was because they did not bother to listen to those who had STRs at the Great Recession (GR).

They have one beverage too many, get an idea in their head that they can fix their problems by purchasing a short-term rental, and all they have to do is click a button to ask their question.I wouldn't bother sending financials to anyone until they show a pre-qual letter from a bank to demonstrate they are slightly serious.

They probably won't bother.

That doesn't bother me because it wasn't there when the tenant moved in.  

Windows should operate properlyIf other appliances don't work well, if there are slow drains, if you have leaks, faulty outlets, etc - this is what you will keep running back to the house to fix.If you have lived there for some time, take a piece of paper and write down some of the things that really bothered you while living there.

That’s what really bothers me, I want my tenants to experience the same quality of life that I do….

Sometimes it's ambiguous, but even then, why should I bother with the company that has numerous unresolved lawsuits, versus another company that is virtually the same but has none.
