The book is in the bookstore on BP and will officially be released this Thursday the 28th and it is packed with information on how to protect your capital investment and make sure you handle things legally and thoroughly.

Once you read the book, I would reach out to a SuperHost on Airbnb and ask if they need any help n "hosting" their properties and that you would like to work for them and/or be mentored.

Right now I wonder whether this book is too aggressive on some deductions.

This book is a fantastic starting point for beginners like yourself.

Ex: Real Estate Rookie e-book, I candownload Rookie Forms from the Book, but I get that error I mentioned whentrying to download the Readiness Checklist and the Templates and Worksheets.This same thing happens on all of my books....about 10 of them.
