We went back over after he was done with the Reno and it still smelled awkward.  

Once we got possession of the house we literally had to wear respirators to be able to enter the house the cat urine smell was so strong.

I have a storage room that is old and worn (leaks rain and has a smell of rat droppings) that I have a plan to tear down and rebuild in the near future.
