It is good to know that there is a way to have rental property and don't have to worry too much about how the bills are going to get paid.

The meters do act up from time to time so you will have to get them swapped out but overall the best we have found.We have also done pro rata bill back but moved most of our parks to Metron.

At one point they fell behind by $2100 but has since caught up and paid me but did not pay the electric bill and it was turned off.
