I got a quote from Ackerman today for to install a fairly basic alarm system for $700.Any suggestions on alarm companies in Atlanta.

$120K is a lot of money to basically rent for cheap. 

We basically handled the appliances when the floors were done, removal of wall paper (I hope I never see any ever again, lol) repaired the walls, paint, hardware, installed new stairs and applied poly. 

It provides basically a tenant portal where you can upload copies of the lease, manage electronic payments, even do other things as well like maintenance requests.

They are all the same, the splits are all basically the same it doesn't matter from what I've seen. 

Basically dollar cost averaging.
