It would make for an awkward meet up if I had to pantomime my introductions.

I mean small stuff like looking out across the driveway and not feeling awkward when you see the tenant that is unhappy about the late fee you charged him the day before.

But, if you are going to do the showings it can be awkward when the buyer knows you are the seller as well and I wouldn't recommend that situation.Your OP mentions the legal risk.

I see this on a lot of properties.Conversations about these numbers with brokers can get quite awkward -- I've had some tell me that it's industry standard to price multifamilies this way (no way!)

It will be interesting to see how Canada responds to this compared to the US, given that they US has put itself in an "awkward" position with having to continue trade with China.

I have used Zillow and other similar sites so far, but found that a little awkward and time consuming.

It was the only awkward space in the house, removing the wall separating the hallway, pushing the refrigerator into the closet behind, and moving the range off the end has completely transformed the space to being consistent with the rest of the house.

As my case is an occupied basement it may be awkward to try to place a free-standing one in one of the rooms.
