It's a wash.

Does your cleaning service stay at your units  long enough to wash/dry the comforters before making the beds or do you have a second set that can be put in the beds right away.

It's a good investment, as it will prolong the lifespan of water heater, some appliances (dishwasher, washing machine) and fixtures like faucets and maybe toilets.A. is ridiculous, as hard water is clean water.

If cash flow is what you want start a business, sell coffee out of a trailer, wash driveways of buy a laundromat.

We cleared out mountains of clutter, pressure washed the exterior, and tackled endless repairs.

Meaning, no DSCR PITI wash underwrites - it will be based on income plus applied vacancy factors.

I am hoping that it is just a "we are just getting started thing," but I am not hopeful.
