Giving the recurring issues with labor quality and scarcity, would you say automation tools like construction 3d printing or other tech are worth exploring?

As far as automating this, I’d like to hear if others do this.

The automated messaging is the best.

All that means is they put you on an automated drip like every other agent, nothing special there.

I’ve been managing it myself, utilizing Guesty to sync my bookings and send out automated messages.

Starting small with house hacking, SFR, or STR, and balancing with a full-time job involves automation and early system building.

I don't have to visit my properties much because I have a team in place for each thing, systems in place to make most tasks automated (cleaning scheduling, guest communications, etc.), and emergency systems in place for when an emergency occurs.
