I completed an internship in commercial real estate, and I also attended a couple of local REIA meetings/networking events before moving to Northern VA.I was able to narrow down potential strategies, and I figured both BRRR as well as wholesaling don't seem to be the best strategies for me.

My “reasoning” is based on two points1- the current system of property records filing in a million different jurisdictions with expensive title searches necessary for almost every title transfer and mistakes still being made can be made much less expensive, much faster, and much more reliable through migration to some sort of “blockchain” National registry.2- Numerous investments have been divided into, and offered as tranches of the whole.

The REO class starts on Monday and I am attending but I am not spending another nickel with this so-called guru or his COGO Capital organization, which he claims costs $1999.00 but is pitching for $199.00 now and another $199.00 in 30 days.
