Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

I walked to the house and met a man who says he was cleaning out due to the loss of their mother in some few weeks back.The guy told me she is  left with 12 years mortgage on the property to pay the bank.

It took me 13 months to open a bank account in Belize.  

Fast forward 20 years: I now have money in the bank, excellent credit, live modestly on my own, and run a business that’s doing well.Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to save much for retirement during most of my life.

Instead of their cash sitting in a savings account, they decided it would be a better investment to earn 3% on their money instead of .03% in the bank.

They should pay just like someone on a regular lease pays - cash or equivalent into your bank account. 

Hopefully I get a break from loans transferring to new banks/ servicers for awhile, I'm over it.   

Joseph,I would give Taylor Friend a call I have sent her several of my approved buyers from the bank only looking for 2-4 units investment rentals. 

It links to our business bank account and our business credit card so come tax time, deductions should be easier.
