@Chris Martin Happy to connect you with my contact at Velur to learn more but they identify parcels adjacent to existing solar development (or residential, warehousing... different zoning options for diversification) and do the analysis on value, easements, zoning viability for development etc...they take their cut up front in the sale then when you get an offer for purchase down the road they help review the offer as well.

Tulum grew from 28,000 to 49,000, received an airport in December 2023, and the greater area is now projected to reach 410,000 by 2035.I am now interested in setting up some cash flow concepts on certain plots of land with natural features and strategic locations.

Additionally, I own an adjacent parcel with 5 acres of coffee and have obtained permits to operate an agricultural tourism business there, with entitlements to build two more dwellings.The estate is situated within a gated community, and while it’s a remarkable property with a lot of unique features, I’ve encountered some pushback from the neighbors, which has made me reconsider my position here.
