There are several groups that have meetings, check the 'get started' tab up top and look for any that are listed there, plus the meetup app and I am on the board of the local REIA. 

Make sure you board up your windows from the inside, you don't want squatters in the meantime, nor further damage.

While I don't believe that you need a full blown business plan, strict operational budget, timeline, scrum board, etc...

I completed the purchase of 2 quads with you within the last 6 months and my experience with Southern Impression and Suncoast has been the polar opposite...you have missed pro forma across the board.

I don't know the names of any but people on these boards use and could recommend one to you. 

I have enjoyed it so far- it has helped us improve our email automations, lead magnets, and my investor on-boarding process.

I believe this is fairly standard across the board.

Can you share how the deal is structured, how you got the investors on board and a more about the financials ?
