Has anyone here closed an actual deal with Elite Funding Group LLC or have any comments on their upfront fee request?

It Could help your offer though if the seller thinks he might have difficulty in identifying his replacement property within 45 days (he has 180 days to actually close on it) And it’s okay with you....you could offer to delay your closing for up to 30 days or so, to help him have more time in identifying his replacement property.

So I was hoping someone else could benefit from having the big pieces like couches and beds, nice TVs, etc. 

People seldom look at actual crime numbers.  

How are guests responding to the multiple units on a single lot or is it a larger piece of land?

What other costs are actually there that aren't coming up in my search that don't exist when simply filing for exemption?
