Jay has advocated for Vegas.  

Hell, here is a good example, I had one property in Cleveland where one of the kids is asking me ridiculous questions like how often do you need to cut the grass......Bruh, you don't live in Vegas.

She was planning a cross-country move to be with her family in Las Vegas, but the process was daunting.

@Jay HinrichsAfter the closing keynote they announced the location of BP2025 and Jay will be happy to hear it is in Las Vegas (he has advocated for Las Vegas at least a few times).I will say I enjoyed the lower attendance of this year compared to Orlando.  

Here's a summary of their experiences:In Las Vegas, the government pays about 80% of the rent (depending on the tenant's income) and the tenant is supposed to pay the balance.

You should have an inner circle of people you trust like your Banker, Agent and rely on the inspector to do their job.I have closed on many homes for customers that they did not visit first for example they are living in California buying in Indiana, Ohio, Florida or New York buying in Vegas. 

But we've got members from CA, Maine, Detroit, Philly, Cheyenne, Iowa, New Orleans, Cleveland, DC, Virginia, Texas, Las Vegas, Annapolis, KC....so pretty much all over.
