Those exposed walls were not built to be exposed so I would suggest talking to a variety of experts to hear them out on the options.

I would connect with a broker who can help you compare terms across a wide variety of lenders and explain the differences in underwriting, rates, fees, etc.

Note that if this goes well, I would want to continue making deals there.I don't think this is necessary in this day and age - plenty of direct lenders that can offer you good service and DSCR Loans for a wide variety of situations with competitive rates - easy to find here as well.

So why doesn't the note investing market have similar variety?

This is a general rule and depends on a variety of factors but that would be the framework I would start with.

For rehabs, then a variety of other financing options would be considered; private money, hard money, etc.
