San Antonio has experienced steady economic growth, fueled by a diverse economy including sectors such as healthcare, military, tourism, manufacturing, and an overflow from the Austin market. 

We fought for this for several reasons: 1. tourism is our main economy 2. there are an incredible amount of dilapidated homes that could be renovated and made beautiful if the investment return justified it (which STR in a beach town could) and 3.this is a family-friendly, lower-cost and now COVID friendly way to travel. 

The region's economy thrives almost solely on eco-tourism, much like areas near national parks.2.

I would caution on thinking Orlando is only about tourism though(the whole state is really). 

I’m not surprised at that considering the tourism here.

Lake Placid and Saranac Lake in particular have cute downtowns and year round tourism.

Not tourism numbers etc.

Bisbee's main industries are Tourism, Construction, and Border Patrol.

Ocean City does so much to drive tourism year-round and I have found that Bethany does not do this as much.

Its articles such as these that are having a impact on an economy that is 80% driven by tourism.
