i've noticed it doesn't work on my phone or tablet either (Safari, so unsurprising), or the computers at work (Security work tends to give me some spare computer time that they don't harass us about), though I can't give you specs from work.

I have since tried Chrome and Safari with identical results.Since I received no updates, I opened multiple tickets checking on status.

Safari needed updating, but I went on ahead and downloaded firefox and that fixed it.
