I think the ease of use on the other OTA´s has skewed how people view Booking, but it is a really valuable revenue source IMO if you are willing to put in a little more work and deal with the occasional headache. 

Don't get me wrong, acquiring the property, doing the remodeling, setting up the business, getting the staff and clients will be work, and I'm willing to do some/oversee the rest.

Financially it only makes sense to invest remote if you have a sufficiently large economic delta between the market you live/work and Milwaukee.
