If I want to buy something I leave it in my shopping cart for days before buying it.

Financing-  build a relationship with a regional banker, don’t shop for interest rates, start small and build history and loyalty they are your team, Cross collateralize, deposit CD/MM or custodial account with bank for loan, give them monthly updates, nail your deal analysis, do stress tests on your deal analysis-cost/interest rate/deal length/ sale price etc. 12.  

Again, you certainly don't have to verify it this way and to some extent that is why most invest with turnkey companies - it makes it easy and is a sort of one-stop-shop but I think your definition of doing your 'homework' may be different than my definition.

Then you may shop in that price range.Tip: check with your local credit union: they will consistently have better rates and often the underwriting of loans is done locally.Mike

Shop around with local lenders, ask these questions, and get answers before you try to buy the triplex.
