Hello,I am interested in purchasing a recently renovated $195K property as a 'secondary' home for the next 4 years to use as a future LTR.

Despite no additional renovations being necessary, our efficient strategy and swift turnaround led to a same-day sale at $225,000.

After building a portfolio of fully renovated homes I wanted to give this model a chance.

However, the process was extremely cumbersome, communication was inefficient, and the loan fees were inflated compared to other deals I have seen from fellow investors.We will be ready to begin the refinance stage of our next project in the coming days, as renovation is finishing up and we are screening tenants.
