Housing affordability is a top issue in the presidential election and has become a focus for both major candidates.

I'm hoping the market will break open after the election.

In Seattle in can be 50/50, all the judges are elected and lean heavy left, but you can have success on occasion.

If you've been looking to buy, the next few months leading up the election is the perfect time, in my opinion. 

- Opportunity is that home prices in Austin have been at record highs since COVID but the election and interest rates have created a major buying opportunity.
