I grew up with town sewage so septic is a bit of a learning curve.

I grew up in Central IL and have zero interest in investing in the area.

I have been living in my home I grew up in and next year I am looking to move out .

My niece moved from Redwood City to Seattle and was always complaining about the smoke and air quality, even though I don't think it was that bad  Ya I grew up in Silicon Valley and Redwood city is half way from San Jose to SF.

I started out losing money because of employee salary and office space, but we quickly grew enough units that it paid for itself and then became profitable within a year.If you want to pursue this, I recommend finding an existing PM company that wants to sell.

I know someone who had trouble remembering to use a cutting board as an adult because they grew up with butcher block. 

As I grew, my structure became more complicated.Anyone can create a cheap LLC. 

I only ask because a town I grew up in, (Tempe AZ) was cheap when I first arrived there. 

The are I grew up in declined severely and I am hoping to do what I can to give back to the community and raise the property values.
