OR2- would you do a patch up and repair just enough to get it done fast?

I love Podio, but it does require a lot of third party tools to patch together things, as it is NOT a real estate CRM but a generic CRM that you can mold with third party tools.  

Man that is some beautiful work. honestly, all I would do is tarp the area, smash and pry down the mirrors. patch/paint just those areas or paint the trim on the ceiling as well.

Patching holes or retexturing a room should be well within your own capabilities.

I'm currently in the middle of a really crappy patch right now, and I'm no master, but I'm still willing to share my story of having gone wrong. 

You learned your lesson.She is brave to push you like that when you have more power in this relationship in the long run.Put some sod in, do the math on that.Even if it is only a small patch of sod, it could meet the definition described in the email.

Professionals drill (two feet or the longest masonry bit available) into the hole every 24 inches around the exterior and interior (if the basement is not finished) perimeter of the building and spray the chemical into the hole.After you have sprayed the chemical in the hole patch the hole with cement so the rain doesn't flush the chemical out.

Patch and paint wholes..maybe paint whole house neutral color if they have funky colors6.
