Since I'm a contractor and we will be living in the property it will be easier to pull permits for the work.

As of right now I do not have any living plans lined up for next year.

Life changes made it necessary to find a new living arrangement and if I'm going to move then why not buy and utilize financing for owner occupied multiplex?

@Ali Hamade generally when you go on-market, as an agent, I'd not only use House Hacking, but also multi-generational living, and even the income producing apartment or whatever your situation is like.

Most seem to like there to be a business reason for the state you use to create the LLC, either the property is there or you live there.
