I wouldn’t recommend blocking out dates unless you or your family plan to use them.

There are many buildings with systems reaching the end of their life - Galvanized hot water risers, leaking vent stacks, aging window systems, outdated elevator and fire safety equipment.

. $100-$150 is outdated. 

Now that I’m in real estate more full time I use fewer aspects of my degree as it has grown outdated 25 years later.

In our situation, there were other multi family properties available, but they were either much further from the city, in bad neighborhoods, or very old outdated properties. 

As if you purchase the property and update the kitchen from simply an out dated look that is not necessary but is recoverable.Essentially, if you get served a redemption notice you have to put together the line item costs that the redeeming party must pay to you in order for you to surrender title back.
