Needless to say, I am also new to real estate investing so my goal is to take in as much information and knowledge from the members of this site as I can so I can flourish as an investor.

Needless to say, the unknown is scary, but it's intimidating as hell.

So needless to say, both (unit 1: 4 beds 1 bath 2000 sqft, unit 2: 2 beds 1 bath 1000 sqft) need to be gutted for a price much higher than I have the capital to fund.

When I was there we lived on our boat so anything on land was a needless distraction.  

Needless to say I am pretty excited to start researching the area and see if I can make this property work for my needs.

He says he knows they will take less and after his inspections says it should need less than 10k- 15k in repairs mainly flooring and a bat issue in the attic (??)
