Thanks Kevin for your insight into the Killeen market, I think the numbers work perfectly for by and hold, I just wasn't sure about the constant turn over with the troops up in the your area. 

So landlords can (and do) go to the chain of command of the troop in question and get wages garnished to pay back rent (or whatever), if needed.

Only a very small percentage are new enlisted troops.

I would prefer to pull all of our troops out of Germany, South Korea, and any other country where they are no longer needed.

You could add pics of work you have done or managed in the past and what you are doing to educate also.Out of curiosity I will be looking into some properties in NA to see if buy and hold makes sense for positive cashflow even for some older places.

The troops tend to flow their housing allowances out to certain neighborhoods surrounding the bases, while ignoring others.

Nevertheless the situation was bad enough for the Dutch army to send in troops to quell the situation, so its not like this was a minor incident.
