As recently presented in a REIN annual meeting, less than 10% of millennials have home ownership as one of their goals in life.

I talk to plenty of millennials who already have 5+ properties, pretty impressive and will be retiring a lot earlier than most.

Millennials are not the only ones having a hard time finding a home, renters are having the same problems.

Although not all of us millennials are lazy.

In Charleston SC even where we were building new construction 500 to 2 million dollar homes and the 500s are in transition areas going from historic rough and tumble to wealthy millennials that are smart and want to own instead of rent..

Being a Millennial I hate coins and cash, and I don’t want to have to visit the units twice monthly to remove the coins from the washer dryer.

Point is, 100%, review crime trends, GDP, population growth trends with Millennials, (after all, by the year 2030, they will be our largest population segment), school system health and respective proposed budgeting from the state govt and general macroeconomic conditions.
