you can get financing witha  LLC but the lender will require a personal guarantee on the loan.

Do this enough I guarantee you will get great info, insight, and just maybe an old timer ready to retire out who's open to seeing what they can do to make a deal work.

Keep in mind that you will probably be required to sign a personal guarantee of the loans.

Either way if you personally guaranteed the note, yes it will affect your personal credit no matter who the property is titled to.

However, while I was still getting contractor bids for different projects, I found 3 different companies that are quick (based off of their contracts and guarantees) and have good quality of work (based off of previous and current investor feedback) but come at the cost of price.

A single-family home will be more than $400/mo guaranteed.
