Right now, I've just been using Facebook Marketplace. 

I guess I've just watched too many friends and family members taken advantage of in the past that I don't like to present myself as one of those types.

I've just approached it as being very cognizant of when they usually pay and monitoring it.

I'm not super familiar with the details of an HOA, I've just been under one, so I'm sure someone else could give a more detailed rely if you want to know how to set it up.
