I'm in Mexico City, very different market from that in the USA, but I want to learn as much as I can given that I am attending an real estate course at Harvard and I'm lost half of the time.

Since I live in Harvard, MA - I'm close to Fitchburg / Leominster and also not far from Worcester.

This may be shocking...but  it’s part of a cash flow statement from the Harvard Angus Cartwright Case (common case assignment given by Harvard University for RE investment classes at other universities).

Does anyone have any experience with or know anyone that’s completed the Real Estate Investing Certificate from Harvard’s extension school?

It's a complex and multifaceted art/science that has to be considered as a whole that took me almost 2 years to learn it from Harvard ( not a snobbish name drop, just a fact.)
