If you don't know the difference between "sucking up" and those things, perhaps that's where you deviate from the rest of the appraisers we work with and why you can't seem to grasp why these practices tend to work.

Since I posted this, I have had a few conversations with my mentor and other real estate investors/lenders and have a much better grasp on action items when the right deal comes along.

Just wanted to get a grasp of what criteria Hard Money Lenders look at when qualifying someone for a loan.

Can you elaborate more on the last part " purchase the property to structure a loan or come up with with a strategy to buy property in lease with no option" I could not really grasp what you meant probably mainly because i am new to this. 

Grasping the macroeconomic narrative, identifying opportunities in emerging markets, and keeping a pulse on real estate dynamics stand out as critical maneuvers.

Once you have a firm grasp of your goals, you'll be better positioned to make informed decisions regarding the location of your investment properties.

I don't understand why this concept is hard to grasp but this is BP.
