They were perfectly acceptable 20 years ago, but now many areas are limited to one guest per calendar month. 

You'd have to stick to tasks like messaging guests, scheduling cleaners, etc.

The BBB accredited status is "revoked" and no action can really be taken other than when I was providing information reference our 1U filing with the SEC so they have the latest information and attempting to assist each input the best I could.

@Marc Shin ask every guest that stays with you for a 5 star review after their stay.

You would need to tap into what the market may draw because not all markets could support this type of guest avatar.You may be able to get just enough bookings to at least cover your monthly expenses by leaning into your listing and how you market the property.

, status of major building components (roof, HVAC, structural, electrical, plumbing), accounts receivable aging (are all tenants paying or is the $20,500 schedule rent?)

This property only needs a pool and furniture to get it to spectacular status.
