We currently use Rent Manager for our property management software for our mobile home parks and other rentals, etc, but use QBO as our main accounting books.

@James Wise,  @Jim K.A few months back I was having issues with the app and the mobile version of the website.

Park rules are usually much more restrictive than even houses in HOAs because mobile homes and RVs are close together, and have older residents who are nosy and particular.

We are negotiating for a mobile home, he listed it at 40k, but when we offered that, he then negotiates for 42k.

Speaking of Islands, do you have any contacts on Dauphin Island below Mobile?
