I asked him what else he did and he said he had been hired to go to central America and kidnap white collar criminals who stole from their business or partners.. they would grab em put them on a private plane and have the arrested once they landed in the USA..

YOU may not need a 'jump partner', who will push you out of the plane when you start bringing up the myth's and lies to why you might fail at this project. 

I wouldn’t mind one of those large ones in the south end airpark so I could lease for multiple planes, then squeeze my future singe engine piston in there.

Lots more I hear when I go on my plane and don't post on forum but watch the thumb-looking guy.I think BP needs to really promote this investing & financial literacy, not fly by night gains. 

Buy a lot of these if you renovate plastered houses.Learn how to use a block plane to shave down wooden doors.Don't ignore hearing and respiratory PPE.

It does not matter whether its real estate, or day trading, flying a plane or anything that continues to require repetitive knowledge.Then people get upset that after a year they have done nothing, because they had no money to do it (but of course many gurus will tell you that you can do it without money because that is probably their biggest revenue generator).

Also rereading Ravi Batra's The Great Depression of 1990, just wanted a paperback for the plane ride and it is amazing how much of it is relevant to today's economy.

I would not lead with the multi-billionaire thing because that shows you are looking to have lambos and planes and most investors will not think you are willing to do the work when you say that at 17.Do you love real estate or do you want to be rich?
