I am not familiar with the US market, but have followed several European markets for a few years, and they are all pretty high.

Is Bigger Pockets a good place to post European hotel and resort investment opportunities?  

We recently started playing board games again as adults and found there is a whole world of European (or Euro) style board games that are a lot more fun and sophisticated without being too complex.  

Otherwise, I've noticed that all the core principles are the same for investing in Europe (US and European laws are pretty similar most of the time when it comes to business, usually just a different label or a little different twist).  

I currently work in Manhattan for a large European financial institution.

yes,  the average North American will probably have the reaction I did but the interesting thing was the Europeans I knew that used them didn't try to dry in them, they hung their clothes, I kept asking myself what's the point of having the combo?
