By next Summer and over the next several Summers you should pick different trades...next Summer go to work for an electrician, the next a plumber, the next an AC company, the next a roofer, the next a painter. 

So my tenants  told me they have been emptying the washing machine into the sump pump past 6 months (As opposed to in the shower. )several circuit breakers stopped working and the electrician just told me It’s because  because the sump pump circuit breaker shorted. 

I went to school to be an electrician, worked as a carpenter, and helped run a lumber yard.

Welders, pipefitters, boilermakers, electricians, instrumentation, etc.

I have a friend who needs an electrician & has been waiting a month.

Electrical wise duke doesn’t charge a fee so it will just be your electrician fee to set up the home for 2 meters so if only doing a service upgrade could be $3000-$6000.  

I've been studying strategies for years, and I have even learned a trade (electrician) to help with repairs and maintenance of my rehabs.

Plumbers , electricians , HVAC , need time in the field under a master before they can be a journeyman and more years before they can sit for the test for their masters license .  

On the electric ,there is no way to guess until you have an electrician look at it .  

I read somewhere it was a requirement and I went to call and electrician to fix in one of the rooms. but the inspector did not even take notice of the room that did not have a permanent light fixture- so i guess it is not a requirement.
