Actual foreclosure is on the East coast a Sherrifs sale and you can google the state and sherrif sales and the rules will be on the websites.. but its one of two process's either it requires a non refundable deposit if your the successful bidder or you need full cash at the sale.

In the fast growing and large cities cap rates still get like you see on the west and east coast.

My area is somewhat geographically bounded by various different mountain ranges and the agencies from “East” or “Down South” might get 1-2 listings a year but will likely never gain much of a foothold due to their distant locations.

Both properties are located on the east side of Houston and present solid investment opportunities.

We stayed away from anything breaks the rules....The STR we own technically in East Naples which is 100pct legal.

The properties in the once known "murder capital" of the country, East Palo Alto, are worth millions now.

Someone told me to avoid south of 25th St, but not sure if that's only east of 77.Hi Sarita, Yes - the further north and west you can go, the better it gets. 

Mostly California but at least one east coast state in famous for it as well.
