I had another tenant, a woman with an amazing job, high education, credit better then mine, was very clean, we knew mutual people in the neighborhood, the worst ticket she had was a parking meter ticket..Anyways, I thought I found the greatest tenant in town.

We have a multi family rental unit which uses oil for home/water heating.Our tenants are responsible for purchasing their own heating oil.We are trying to figure out a way to determine when/if our tenant is running out of fuel.Our maintenance person has communicated that one unit has repeatedly run out of fuel, creating an increase service cost on their boiler.I know there are WiFi options to meter usage.

Where I'm stuck is whether I should use a metering system that pre-prints a stamp onto the envelop or find a machine that can place a physical stamp onto an envelope (obviously I can't sit there all day stamping).I'm thinking from the perspective of mail that looks to "businessy" vs. mail that looks more personalized for better response/conversion rates.
