Think uber/lyft driver contractor structure.But the call center staff who handle the important stuff like leasing, arranging repairs, etc. work overseas and likely do not have intimate knowledge of your rental area.That said, I’m not bashing this model.

I suggest you look into commercial lending, to learn about it before you require it, and start looking for people in the lending space who can assist you as you move forward and with whom you can develop relationships.You now have mad skills and experience doing the whole demo and rebuild, and if you can repeat a few times, your one deal enables you to add a couple others.

Just to be equally critical of both parties, and make everyone mad, here are two examples: - Imposing tariffs on China absolutely contributes to inflation in many consumer goods. - Giving first time homebuyers $25,000 absolutely contributes to housing price inflationGetting some conservatives running for office to change their mind on the first point ain't gonna happen.

You will need a minimum of a 3/4 ton truck to pull them , I would get a dump trailer dual axel  12,000 lb capable of moving the equipment , also used for hauling . you will need DOT numbers on the truck since you are over 10,000 lbs combined gross vehicle weight , and a DOT physical for the driver .
