We also have a 2-or-more domestic disturbance visits from law enforcement are grounds to start eviction proceedings.Whenever we learn of drug use/manufacturer/dealing, etc, we immediately send and post infraction-of-lease notice.

I talked to the local police department precinct involved in the area and the officer thought the right owner could raise the bar for the neighborhood and that the crime they investigate are the usual domestic disturbances or the occasional car break-in and that the neighborhood is pretty good.

Not my cup of tea, but Boston has a lot of great things going for it that in the long run I think you could make it work.If by multi-family though you mean a 5+ building that you're presumably going to look for in the Midwest or South...it's in its own bubble as a disturbingly large number of people who made bank in the last 10 years of the up market are shifting their focus to a larger scale asset and are purchasing these distressed properties which is driving cap rates down because people need a place just to park their cash.

I’d Tell them your okay with it and long as they don’t tear up the yard and park so as to not block anything or cause a disturbance with a neighbor .

Befor that they didn’t have some problem for using this land and houses, but when one of them lost house the siblings start to disturb Bank’s client who wants to buy it.

@Mike Halim - If the owner does not know, the only way to find out would be to pull title and look for the SNDA (Subordinated Non Disturbance Agreement) that was recorded on title.
