An interesting fact about purchasing properties through land trusts: Walt Disney purchased land for Disney Land through land trusts.

It is in a very good area and neighborhood, 5 minutes from Disneyland, less than 10 minutes from Angel Stadium and the Honda Center and close to schools.

I must be missing something, but my question after reading this was who's gonna know if you spend one day checking on your rental property and four days at Disney land....?

Do not include Disneyland tickets, parasailing and snorkeling activities, etc.

What do you guys this of cities surrounding Disneyland?

I have a 3bed 2 bath house in Anaheim near Disneyland.  

My rent is Disneyland pricing in that all maintenance services are included and I stress this to tenants as an advantage of renting.Appliance repair is a manageable expense in terms of maintenance overall.

I took my whole family to Disneyland a couple months ago and it cost me almost $1,000 for the day!!

There are many people I run across that view Canada through rose colored glasses and feel that we are in our very own Disneyland of sorts.
