@Mindy Jensen, @Scott Trench - you guys are funny...Last night I had at my dinner table a guy who has already paid $72,000 in income/FICA taxes this year, and by the time it's all said and done, this number is more than likely going to go up.  

As others have said, get one from attending local meetups, being a friend, focus on building relationships (buy people dinner and deliver it to their office/jobsite) and try to find someone that is just a little ahead of you.

Not to mention for building a successful business, this is my first step of outsourcing/delegating.Not sure why this never dawned on me but over dinner this weekend with my wife, my cousin, and his wife I realized...

I've bought some pretty fancy dinners this way in the past.Either leave some temporary outlets, or get a temporary power pole if it's going to be a long-term job.

A lowball offer might make dinner on the holidays awkward.
